House leveling and foundation repair in Edinburg and across the Valley, slab or pier and beam. Free estimates, fair pricing.
A house is only as level as what it sits on. We dig, reinforce, and pour concrete footings, then set the piers on top so the weight lands on solid ground.
Concrete footings give a structure a solid base, so it does not sink, tilt, or collapse. They are the connection between the heavy parts of the building and the ground.
Footings spread the concentrated load from walls and columns over a wider area of soil, so the ground is not overburdened.
They help the building settle evenly into the earth, which prevents structural cracks and uneven floors.
A thick concrete footing keeps the main structural walls away from direct soil moisture, reducing the risk of water damage and rot.

We walk the house inside and out, check the floors, cracks, and doors, and find where it has settled. You get a clear plan and a straight price before any digging starts.
We dig access holes along the foundation at each spot that needs support, then press concrete pilings down under the beam until they reach ground that holds. This is the part nobody sees, and the part that matters most.
The house is raised slowly and evenly until it sits level, then shimmed tight on its new supports. We fill the holes back in, clean up the yard, and walk the finished job with you before we leave.

It depends on how many spots need support and how far the house has settled. Smaller jobs go quick, bigger ones take a little longer. We'll walk you through the full timeline before we start.
No. Most of the work happens outside along the foundation and underneath the house, so you can stay home the whole time. We'll tell you ahead of time if we need to get inside.
The usual signs are cracks in the walls or brick, doors and windows that stick, floors that slope or bounce, and gaps around the trim. If you're seeing any of those, call us and we'll come take a look.
Lifting the house often closes cracks back up and gets doors swinging right again, but sheetrock and brick may still need a cosmetic patch afterward. What matters is that the movement causing them gets stopped.
Yes. We lift slab foundations on concrete pilings and re-level pier and beam homes from underneath. Tell us what you have and we'll tell you how we'd handle it.
Yes. We come out, look at the house, and give you an honest price with no pressure. Customers tell us our pricing is fair, and we like keeping it that way.
